Raising Chickens In Your Backyard.  Start out right!

Raising Chickens can be a very rewarding experience.  I find new enjoyment every day as I care for my flock.  Of course there are some disappointments that will come along, especially if proper care and planning is not used from the very point of deciding you want to raise chickens.

I buy my chicks through a local hatchery here in Michigan called Dark Eggs Daily.  They take special care with their own flock management to ensure that I have good healthy chicks to start out with.

This makes my raising of chickens a more pleasurable experience.
